RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from oregamiwatches.com. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, including an unaltered bracelet, with all stickers intact, and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or smudges. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, cancellations are only accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once manufacturing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Please be aware that custom orders cannot be canceled once part procurement or manufacturing has started.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on your part, such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us for assistance at support@oregamiwatches.com.

Defects, Damages, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom-configured watches are non-returnable and non-refundable. We strongly advise you to review your selections carefully before placing your order to ensure that everything meets your expectations.
