At Oregami Watches, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide the best customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need warranty assistance, please review our policy below.

 

1. 2-Year Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our watches, covering:
Manufacturing defects related to the movement, hands, and dial.
Faulty craftsmanship or material defects that affect the watch’s functionality.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case, glass, or strap.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond the specified resistance level, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Battery replacements.
  • Loss or theft of the watch.

How to Claim the Warranty

  1. Contact us at support@oregamiwatches.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim and provide further instructions within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. The final decision on whether to repair or replace the item is at our discretion.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Worn, damaged, or altered watches.
    • Items that are missing parts, tags, or original packaging.
    • Final sale or clearance items.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@oregamiwatches.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address provided in the instructions.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oregamiwatches.com.
  • Please provide photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.
  • We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

 

7. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, please request a return and place a new order separately.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been processed after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider for updates.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Gift cards or digital purchases.
  • Customized or engraved watches.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
