1. Order Processing Time

  • Free Shipping (USA): Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, followed by a shipping time of 5-13 business days, totaling an estimated delivery time of 20 days.
  • Insured Shipping (USA): Orders are processed within 1-5 business days, followed by a shipping time of 4-10 business days, totaling an estimated delivery time of 15 days.

The longer processing time is due to the fact that many of our watches are hand-assembled upon order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

If we experience a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Free Shipping – Available for USA, includes track & trace number.
  2. Insured Shipping – Available for USA, faster processing and shipping, plus full coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • We currently only ship to the USA 
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per their local regulations.
  • Customs processing may cause slight delays beyond our estimated shipping times.

4. Order Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking so you can monitor your order’s status.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to cover additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the lost package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local import laws.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If you choose Insured Shipping, we take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages, and we will replace or refund your order accordingly.
  • For Free Shipping, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the issue occurring at support@oregamiwatches.com so we can assist you.
  • Please provide photos of any damage if applicable.

8. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
